Trainer Andre Fabre has a strong looking hand here with two of the top three in the betting in what looks a race full of nice types that should get better with racing, which brings us to our selection. This American bred 3 year old filly from the in form Pascal Bary yard had a pleasing enough introduction to racing where her debut run resulted in a 4 3/4L 4th of 16 to Waahaat over a mile at Saint Cloud last September. The 1st and 2nd have ran well since and there have also been a few decent efforts from horses who finished behind her that day too. She was sent off favourite for that 16-runner race so had obviously been showing plenty at home, demonstrated she can run well fresh, and should come on for that initial run. I would suggest whatever happens today that this horse is put in the tracker for when she runs on the dirt as her Sire American Pharoah and Dam Pachattack both achieved smart dirt form. She is bred for further than that initial debut run so the step up in trip to 10f today looks ideal. Again we take fitness on trust but one to keep on eye on.
