0.5 POINTS EACH WAY BET ADVISED THE 18/1 AVAILABLE WITH SKYBET WHO ARE PAYING 4 PLACES
Hi guys, I’ve come up with a 20/1 (Bet Victor, Pari Match, 18/1 generally) shot I think looks worth an each way interest in the 6 o’clock at Wolverhampton. Skybet are offering 18/1 and paying 4 places. I like the look of that 4 places offer in this 10-runner race.
The horse is Rain Cap who never lifted a toe on his re-appearance at Thirsk 25 days ago but hopefully that will have put him right for this. The ground was unsuitably Soft, he missed the break, and was allowed to coast home late on with the jockey reporting “he was never travelling”.
I watched back his last two runs at Wolverhampton, both over 6f, where he was denied a clear run both times but showed he at least handles the track/surface. He has also finished 2nd at Newcastle (again Tapeta) under this jockey, Mark Winn, and his booking is one of the main reasons I am interested in the horse in this apprentice jockey handicap.
The horse is also back on his last winning mark, I like the 7f trip for him, and his small yard had an 8/1 winner three days ago with their only runner in the past fortnight.
The advice is 0.5 points each way and hopefully he can outrun his odds for us.
