Good morning everyone, I’ve been studying for a couple of hours and have finally found one I’d happily back each way at his price especially with both Unibet and Skybet paying 4 places on the 8-runner race. Let’s hope there are no further non-runners declared. Though, if you want be safe, you can back him on Betfair Exchange in the “Win” market then put a separate bet on him to finish in the first 3 in the “Place” market.
The horse is Samuel Jackson who has dropped to 8lb lower in the weights than when winning the Devon National over C&D 25 months ago so he could be very well-handicapped and he loves it here.
He will also be approaching peak fitness on his fifth start of the season. It’s true he pulled-up at Warwick last time out but it’s not his type of course being mostly flat and left-handed, it was his first run there for these reasons I would imagine, while he returns to a hilly right-handed track he is proven over today. Plus, I think connections were using the race as a prep run for this.
