PURE GOLD – 3.20pm BRIGHTON
0.5 POINTS EACH WAY BET ADVISED THE 14/1 AVAILABLE WITH THESE FIRMS WHO ARE PAYING 3 PLACES
Hi guys, tomorrow in the 3.20 at Brighton I like the 14/1 (with at least 3 firms as I write this) about Pure Gold but she’s risky running against some rivals who have already had a run this season while she is returning from a 237-day break.
So, why tip her? Well, as I said, I like the 14/1 thinking her over-priced at that. Plus, she won first time out last year so this might be the best time to catch her.
I liked the way she was running-on last time over a mile when she finished 3 lengths 5th of 9 to a winner who went in again off a 6lb higher mark on his next start. She was stopped/slowed in her momentum at a vital stage in that race and is bred to be suited by this step up an extra 2 furlongs. I also like the first-time booking of Adam Farragher who takes a useful 3lb off her back. Her handicap mark of 78 looks workable and she could go close if ready to fire on her return.
The advice is 0.5 points each way at 14/1 for 3 places in this 10-runner affair.
