JUBILOSO – 4.10 ASCOT

WIN BET ADVISED AT 11/4 AVAILABLE WITH ALL THE FOLLOWING BOOKMAKERS…

It is difficult to be overly confident about any selection today for the reasons already stated but I’m keen on the chances of tracker horse Jubilso with her 3rd in the Group 1 Coronation Stakes at this meeting last year looking like strong form in the context of this race. That was on the round course here but with a runaway 7 length victory on the straight course at Newbury last year under her belt I think she will be even better over today’s straight mile. Vibes from the yard have been positive ahead of her return to action with Teddy Grimthorpe, owner Khalid Abdullah’s racing manager, saying recently “she’s come back very well” and “she’s worked encouragingly”. So, I think this Sir Michael Stoute trained 4 year old filly will prove too classy for her rivals and will take all the beating with Ryan Moore the man you would want in the saddle. The earlier races have shown us she has a good draw in stall 11 and we now know the ground is riding “Good” rather than the official “Good to soft” which will also play to her strengths. This is a Group 2 so it won’t be easy but I don’t think her main rivals Queen Power will be suited by the drop back to a mile on ground this fast and Nazeef may find this race coming too soon having raced just 13 days ago and will hopefully not be good enough. No Nap or Next Best today with the races being so competitive and conditions being as they are but I’m hopeful Jubiliso can prove better than these so she is my strongest bet of the day. Good luck!
