INDUNO (NAP) – 1.15pm CHELTENHAM

2 PT WIN BET ADVISED AT 5/2 AVAILABLE WITH BET365

It’s not like me to tip/Nap a 5/2 shot in a 17-runner handicap but I think the chances of the lightly-raced 6 year old gelding INDUNO look so obvious the price could even shorten further. I can’t see past him as he really could be a blot on the handicap based on what he has achieved so far.

He won a bumper when fresh coming back from a 177 day break last October achieving an RPR of 113 (which compares well against his rivals today) so hopefully won’t have any problem coming back from a 323 day break here with David Pipe having his string in fine form (Last 14 days: 6-24, 25%).

His hurdles form also compares well as he beat Presentandcounting by 42 lengths off level weights around this time last year and that one is now officially rated 122 over hurdles. So, let in here of an extremely lenient looking mark of just 115, he is likely to take all the beating.

The 2m5f trip should be fine with his excellent 2m4f to 3 miles hurdling pedigree and, at the weights, with the form of all his races working out well, he can take this for David Pipe who targets this race having won it 4-times since 2011 including last year. Good luck!
