Hi guys, I’ve had a good study at this race and think Dulas should come out on top as he looks well-in off his current mark of 83.
He ran well at Newmarket 3 weeks ago considering he reportedly wasn’t fully fit coming back from a 98 day break. He then broke slowly and met trouble before running on to finish 1.5 lengths down in 5th. His trainer, Charlie Hills, has been quoted as saying, “He looks fit now and I think he should win today.”
He is 1-1 on the All-Weather with that race working out particularly well and leaving me thinking he is well-handicapped off today’s mark, he is well-drawn in stall 2, and the in form Kieran Shoemark (Last 14 days: 6-26, 23%) is in the saddle. As you know, I don’t tip many Favourites but at 100/30 I quite like his chances provided he breaks ok and gets a clear run. Good luck!
