INGLEBY MACKENZIE – 7.07pm KILBEGGAN

0.5 POINTS EACH WAY BET ADVISED AT THE 20/1 AVAILABLE WITH THE FOLLOWING FIRMS WHO ARE PAYING 4 PLACES

Hi guys, the 7 year old Henry De Bromhead trained gelding Ingleby Mackenzie looks over-priced in this and worth an interest at the current 20/1 on offer. The 20/1 is generally available with most firms but Skybet and Betway are the only bookmakers I am aware of who are paying 4 places on the race instead of 3.

Ingleby Mackenzie won off a 5lb lower mark coming back from a 167-day break at Clonmel in June and has run well in defeat in better races than this off his new mark since. What makes him of interest here, apart from his price, is the step up from 2-miles to 2m3.5f as the extra yardage could unlock further improvement. The selection won’t lack for fitness on his fifth start since June, Good ground suits, and the return of Sean Flanagan to the saddle is a plus as he knows the horse well with his record on him reading 52111.

This is a competitive looking 12-runner race but at the price I’m happy to recommended 0.5 points each way. Good luck!
