HONNEUR D’ANJOC – 2.05pm NEWBURY
0.5 POINTS EACH WAY ADVISED AT 8/1 WITH THESE FIRMS
Hi guys, I think Honneur D’Anjoc (8/1 with at least 2 firms as I write this but 15/2 with Skybet who are the only firm I am aware of who are paying 4 places on the race) looks worth an each way interest in the 9-runner 2.05pm race at Newbury.
I like this horse as he is tough and tenacious as you can see if you watch his last race back where he fought back when headed to give 6lb and a 2.75L beating to one of the re-opposing favourites here, Super Six (4/1), and he meets him on 6lb better terms today. So, while I think Super Six can improve on this more galloping track I also think the selection as a 6 year old may well not have finished improving yet either and I see no reason why Super Six should reverse the form under similar Going conditions/trip.
Of course, they aren’t the only two horses in the race but I think it is the form line to follow and Honneur D’Anjoc looks a decent each way bet at the price for 3-4 places in this 9-runner affair.
