Hi guys, I think the 5 year old Scott Dixon trained gelding Ebury looks worth an interest in this at the current 12/1 on offer.
This 5 year old gelding is the only course winner in the field with the win coming over today’s C&D. He has also dropped 11lb down the weights since this time last year and went close in a better, big-field, Class 2 handicap at York three starts back. He had excuses the last twice not staying 1m1f & 1m2.5f. I also like the first-time booking of the in form David Probert (Last 14 days: 10-52, 19%).
It is a typically competitive Ascot race but he looks worth an interest at the current 12/1 on offer and will like go off shorter. I’m recommending a 0.5 point win bet because this is only a 7-runner race. Good luck!
