GARO DE JUILLEY – 2.40pm KEMPTON

EACH WAY BET ADVISED AT 33/1 WITH SKYBET PAYING THE FIRST 6 PLACES

Well guys, after the thrills and spills of Cheltenham it’s back to the grind as they say. A few days off after the Festival wouldn’t have hurt an old, ill, guy like myself but those of you who know me best will have learnt I find it hard not to waken up at 3am and start studying the day’s form as I’m relentless in the pursuit of, and obsessed with finding, the next big-priced winner. With that said, I’m not saying Garo De Juilley is going to win this but he looks worth an each way interest at a widely available 33/1 with the 6 places insurance with SKYBET (who have been providing some sensational offers all week) looking the way to go while the bookmakers below are offering the first 5 places for those of you who don’t have SKYBET accounts. I like Garo De Juilley in this because he is a Grade 3 hurdle winner who has been contested almost exclusively over fences this season but was in the process of running a big race reverting back to hurdles last time where he looked in with a chance of finishing 2nd to the very well-handicapped winner before making a serious blunder late on then running on again. His trainer also said after the race he had been unsuited by the depth of the ground. Prior to that he had finished an excellent 4th of 12 over fences to this week’s Cheltenham Festival winners Simply The Betts & Imperial Aura. He has also steadily dropped 9lb down the weights in the past 13 months and, on the best ground he has encountered for quite some time, I can see him running a big race.

If you enjoyed Cheltenham as much as I did feel free to post a comment below and I will try to respond to each of you individually, Also, there may be further tips from me today as I’m still searching for clues and studying away here.
