DEMI SANG – 1.30pm HAYDOCK

0.5 PTS EACH WAY BET ADVISED AT THE 18/1 AVAILABLE WITH WILLIAM HILL

The 8 year old J P Mcanus owned gelding Demi Sang has steadily dropped 17lb down the ratings since November 2019 and has chase form as recent as last August which would give him a chance in this having finished 6 lengths 2nd of 11 in a Class 2 handicap at Cartmel off a 9lb higher mark than here. He looks worth an each way interest in this 9-runner affair at the 18/1 currently available with William Hill.

The selection is also now 9lb below his last winning mark, is much better over today’s fences than hurdles, is versatile ground wise, the trip suits, the Ben Haslam yard are in top form (Last 14 days: 3-12, 25%), and he should be approaching peak fitness on his fifth start since November. I think he has a great each way chance in this. Good luck!
