I really like the chances of Blazing Hot in this after his his debut 2nd was franked yesterday by the winner, Eternal Blush, winning comfortably in a better race at Hamilton. On debut, speedy Blazing Hot tried to take it from the front over 6f only to get collared late on but over 5f today off a lenient looking debut handicap mark of 74 he is likely to prove very hard to pass. The James Tate yard are in very good form (Last 14 days: 3-13, 23%), the in form P J McDonald (Last 14 days: 11-55, 20%) takes over in the saddle, and with surely more to come from this £70,000 purchase he looks well worth a bet at what I’m guessing is a generous 2/1.
