Hi guys, these are 3 Favourites I don’t intend to take on with anything at bigger each way odds. Barring mishaps, I think they will all be very hard to beat so you could do them all as singles if you’re a Favourite backer, in a treble or a trixie, or you could add some or all of them to you own accums to (hopefully) help boost your returns. Good luck!

Jibber Jabber

P.S. I looked at all 28 Festival races and these are the only three Favourites I could tip with confidence which means there will be plenty more to come from me, taking the rest of them on, at bigger each way prices.

16th March
3.40pm – Close Brothers Mares’ Hurdle
CONCERTISTA – 6/5

Willie Mullins targets this race every year having won it 9-times in the last 12 years including an amazing 6-times in a row with Quevega between 2009-2014 and it’s difficult to see what stops Concertista adding to that tally this time round. This 7 year old mare very impressively won the Novice version of the event over 2m1f at the Festival last year storming away by 12 lengths after the final flight to destroy her 21 rivals and she has had an even better prep in her two wins this season around this 2m4f trip.

17th March
1.20pm – Ballymore Novices’ Hurdle
BOB OLINGER – 9/4

I have had my eye on the Henry De Bromhead trained 6 year old gelding Bob Olinger since his 10 length bumper win at Gowran in March 2020 and, as you can see, I first mentioned him on Twitter back on the 18th of November last year before tipping him at 20/1 for this race two days later after he finished a length 2nd of 15 to the much more experienced Ferny Hollow over what looked an unsuitably short 2-mile trip. Since then, he has won twice by 14 lengths and a Grade 1 at Naas back in January by 6.5 lengths to Willie Mullins very good gelding Blue Lord. He hasn’t ran at Cheltenham but has shaped like he will be well-suited by the stamina test the run-in up the hill and this 2m5f trip will provide. At 9/4, the value has long gone but with more to come from this big scopey type he ticks an awful lot of boxes and is quickly becoming one of my bets of the week.

17th March
1.55pm – Brown Advisory Novices’ Chase
MONKFISH – 4/6

The Willie Mullins trained 7 year old gelding Monkfish has won his last 6 races and is already a 3-time Grade 1 winner including the Albert Bartlett over hurdles around this trip on the New course here last year. He has looked even better over fences this season winning all three runs including Grade 1 races at Leopardstown the last twice running to a career best RPR of 170 when romping home by 11 lengths there last time. He is a superb jumper who stays and his last run was also backed up by the clock. There is little value at 4/6 but it is difficult to see what beats him so he will be in plenty of punters accumulators.
